Welcome to Varadiam Service Co-op Bank

The present Varadiam Service Co-op Bank Ltd No 575 was initially established on January 20, 1947, as the Varadiam Azad Mutual Aid CO-OPERATIVE Society with 37 members. This was before India gained independence. Over the past 77 years, it has grown to become one of the leading financial institutions in Avanoor Panchayath in the Thrissur district of Kerala State.

On January 24, 1957, the Kappa Production and Marketing Society No. 3715 was integrated into the bank. This was followed by the addition of the Village Development Mutual Aid Co-operative Society at Velappaya on July 6, 1958. The Varadiam Service Co-operative Bank has been operational since 07.06.1975.

Today, the bank holds a Class One super grade status and operates with three branches , one extension counter and head office . All branches have been computerized, and core banking has been implemented to enhance accuracy and speed in serving our customers.
